On April 24, 2017 Space@Hopkins hosted Astronaut Dr. Kate Rubins to discuss experiments conducted aboard the International Space Station with a full auditorium in the Bloomberg Center for Physics and Astronomy.
The School of Medicine hosted the second Space@Hopkins social event, in the Upper Concourse of the Turner Building, On Tuesday April 4, 2017 from 4:30 to 6:00pm. This was an ideal opportunity to learn about the wide range of space-related research that is carried out across the entire University and to discuss your research with potential collaborators from other divisions/departments. We socialized and experienced interactive demonstrations from School of Medicine faculty.
The first Space@Hopkins social event was held at the Intelligent Systems Center at the Applied Physics Laboratory (APL) on June 28th, 2016 at 1:30 pm. There were refreshments and scientific tours and demonstrations.
